Meet Simon & Zoe
Founder and Head of Coffee, Simon first fell in love with coffee as a barista in the bustling Sydney cafe scene over 15 years ago. After moving into roasting, ensuring quality beans for some of the largest brands in the Australian coffee industry, he knows what it takes to create a great tasting coffee from bean to cup.
Zoe first fell in love with Simon... and then coffee soon after! She enjoys keeping up the admin side of Wonder. Together they have two young kids and a very cute dog.
